Job Overview: Seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support our business. The initial focus will be on appointment setting for our training and coaching services, with a transition into sales support, including closing smaller deals and booking keynote speaking engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, CRM experience (Go High Level preferred), and a background in appointment setting or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to schedule appointments for training and coaching services.
  • Manage and update the CRM system (Go High Level preferred) with client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Transition into a sales support role by assisting with closing smaller deals and booking speaking engagements.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.

  • Utilize Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in appointment setting and/or sales support with proven success.
  • CRM proficiency (Go High Level preferred, but not required if willing to learn).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
