Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Executive Administrative Assistant to support the sales and lab departments. This multi-faceted role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, tech-savviness, and strong administrative abilities. You will be the go-to support for patient follow-up, data management, executive support, and communication, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Follow-up: Communicate with patients to ensure lab tests are completed, answer inquiries, and provide status updates.
  • Executive Support: Manage executive emails, schedule meetings, and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking patient testing status and other related data.
  • Public Relations: Support communication efforts and maintain positive relationships with patients and the clinic.
  • Paperwork: Ensure all patient documentation and paperwork are completed and accurate.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly tone.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service orientation, handling inquiries and concerns with care.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and spreadsheet management.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using various tools such as Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an executive admin assistant, customer service roles, or similar.
  • Language: Fluent in English with minimal accent.
  • Personality: Personable, ethical, intelligent, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Healthcare Experience: Not required but valuable; strong people skills are essential.
