Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for new client onboarding
- Guide clients through the initial steps and provide thoughtful “hand-holding” as needed
- Respond to client questions clearly and professionally, offering solutions without needing micromanagement
- Troubleshoot tech issues (e.g., portal access, form submissions)
- Collaborate to streamline and improve automation processes (goal is 90% automated)
- Assist with recruiting tasks, such as pre-screening or coordinating interviews if needed
- Represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- Proactive decision-maker who takes ownership and solves problems independently
- Excellent English communication skills with a natural American-style tone
- Strong understanding of U.S. real estate terminology and workflows
Experience in client-facing administrative or onboarding roles - Ability to stay composed, confident, and articulate when under pressure
Leadership mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to do - Comfort with CRMs, online forms, and automation tools
Based in Latin America or South Africa for optimal cultural alignment and time zone coverage
