Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to leads promptly, booking clients, organizing digital files, coordinating event details, and assisting with content creation using Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather event details and ensure customized service delivery.
  • Organize and manage digital files, including contracts, invoices, and client information, using Google Drive.
  • Utilize the Check Cherry CRM system for booking management (training provided if unfamiliar).
  • Create digital designs using Canva for clients and assist with social media content as needed.
  • Maintain and manage organized event calendars to avoid booking conflicts.
  • Communicate with venues, vendors, and internal team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide a highly energetic and engaging communication style when interacting with clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Prior experience in administrative support and customer service.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage management, particularly Google Drive.
  • Proficiency in Canva for basic graphic design tasks.
  • Sales background preferred but not required.
  • Ability to make basic website content updates (not development work).
  • Previous experience in event coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
