About the Role: The client's real estate business is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Real Estate Assistant to support transaction management and coordination with team members. This role is essential for ensuring smooth real estate operations by managing multiple transactions, tracking deadlines, and maintaining effective communication.

This position is not focused on social media or creative tasks but on real estate transaction management and CRM oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple real estate transactions and track deadlines
  • Coordinate with team members, clients, and external parties
  • Maintain and update the CRM (Lofty) with accurate information
  • Ensure contracts and necessary documents are processed on time
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with client interactions
  • Support administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
  • Potentially handle bilingual communication (Spanish-English)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills (Top priority)
  • Experience in the real estate industry (Transaction management experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Experience with Lofty is a plus)
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred but not required
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Ability to handle client interactions professionally over the phone and via email
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
