About the Role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator to enhance client’s online presence and brand visibility. This role primarily involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and assisting with CRM/database management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools and software.
This position offers flexibility in work hours, with an emphasis on output and creativity rather than strict time tracking. The role has the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation: Utilize existing materials (podcasts, blogs, books) to create compelling digital content.
- Multimedia Tools: Use platforms like Doodly and Tunally to develop visual content.
- CRM & Database Management: Learn and leverage Pipeline Pro CRM to manage communication and follow-ups.
- Lead Follow-Ups: Assist with follow-ups after applications and engagements.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate on ideas for content, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage an online audience.
- Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Creative mindset with the ability to repurpose existing content into engaging posts.
- Familiarity with Doodly and Tunally
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and software
