Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Manager/Recruiter to join our team and manage a dynamic group of 10-20 sales agents while driving recruitment and sales efforts. This hybrid role is pivotal in leading our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and expanding our agent base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management:
    • Manage and support a team of 10-20 sales agents.
    • Handle escalations and provide solutions to complex client or team challenges.
    • Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to optimize results.
    • Conduct direct sales using IRIS CRM and generate leads (includes inbound and provided leads).
  • Recruitment:
    • Identify and recruit talented sales agents to expand the team.
    • Manage inbound inquiries from potential agents.
    • Create and maintain an engaging onboarding experience for new agents.



  • Sales Execution:
    • Close sales deals and meet targets to drive company growth.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Proven sales experience, including direct sales and closing deals.
    • Management background with experience in leading teams and handling escalations.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Charming personality with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with CRMs like IRIS is a plus.
