About the Role: We are seeking a high-quality Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and social media support across multiple businesses, primarily in the plumbing and construction industries. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and soft sales skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently, and a proactive approach to lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across multiple businesses (plumbing, construction, websites/blogs)
  • Handle calls, emails, forms, and follow-ups with clients and customers
  • Manage social media accounts with a focus on lead generation and income-driving activities
  • Utilize Go High Level for local advertising integration and CRM management
  • Maintain strong customer service and soft sales skills to enhance client relationships
  • Efficiently navigate multiple systems and tools for seamless workflow
  • Work collaboratively with business owners and teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support and social media management
  • Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, particularly Go High Level (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across different businesses
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
