About The Client: The Client is a fast-paced, high-volume print and marketing company requiring a highly skilled Full-Stack Marketer to drive branding, digital presence, and campaign execution. The role requires both strategic marketing expertise and hands-on design capabilities to meet tight turnaround times and evolving client needs. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Marketer with a strong background in graphic design, digital marketing, and CRM management. The ideal candidate has at least 10+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Go High Level (or similar CRMs), and Excel. The candidate must also be highly organized, proactive, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities - Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website management, email campaigns, and advertising.
- Graphic Design & Branding:
- Create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, ads, and social media graphics.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Website & CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the company website (WordPress), optimizing for performance and user experience.
- Utilize Go High Level or similar CRM platforms for customer engagement and automation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use Excel and other tools to track marketing performance and generate reports.
- Analyze campaign results to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Project Coordination:
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
