With a small, agile sales team, every role has a direct impact on revenue, pipeline health, and the company’s overall growth.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful BDR/SDR to join our team and take ownership of small inbound leads, high-volume transactional deals, and pipeline reactivation. Your mission? Free up our AEs to focus on enterprise and high-value opportunities — and keep our sales engine running at full speed.

You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our prospects, the engine behind our outbound motion, and a key player in qualifying leads and setting our AEs up for success.



Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Handling: Quickly and effectively qualify and follow up on chat-based and small demo requests.
  • Basic Product Demos: Deliver clear, compelling walk-throughs of our platform to generate initial interest.
  • Outbound Sequences: Build and execute targeted cold email campaigns to re-engage stale leads and generate pipeline.
  • Pipeline Support: Own transactional accounts from qualification through handoff, allowing AEs to focus on complex sales.
  • Lead Handoff: Ensure smooth transitions to AEs with well-documented insights and clean data in HubSpot.
    Pipeline Hygiene: Audit and revive aged opportunities to maintain healthy, predictable pipeline growth.

Qualifications:

  • Have 1–2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role (B2B SaaS, martech, or agency experience a plus)
  • Thrive in a high-tempo environment where no two days look the same
    Can handle multiple live chat/demo requests while keeping outbound motion consistent
    Are fluent in HubSpot for tracking, logging, and reporting
  • Know how to write effective cold email sequences and test for performance
  • Can confidently lead a basic product demo and actively listen and qualify leads
    Are naturally organized, with strong follow-up instincts and attention to detail
