Responsibilities:

Position Overview:
The General Virtual Assistant will provide essential administrative support, manage social media platforms, and facilitate team communication. This role requires fluency in English and familiarity with collaborative tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and schedule social media content to engage and grow our online presence.
  • Communicate with team members via phone calls and voice messaging, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
  • Utilize tools like Jobber and Connecteam for team coordination (preferred but not required).
  • Collaborate using Google Workspace for documentation and communication.
  • Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with voice messaging and phone communication.

  • Experience with administrative tasks and social media management.
  • Proficient in using collaborative tools (Google Workspace preferred).
  • Familiarity with Jobber and Connecteam is a plus.
  • Must pass a criminal background check due to handling sensitive information.
