About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales & Marketing Assistant to support a fast-paced real estate and property management business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, lead generation, and marketing/advertising, who is also confident on the phone and comfortable handling warm inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify 5–10 inbound warm leads daily through phone, email, or text.
  • Clearly explain company services, unique differentiators, and pricing structure to potential clients.
  • Set in-person or phone appointments with qualified leads for the broker.
  • Proactively handle prospective client inquiries and assess lead quality.
  • Hand off high-intent, qualified leads to the broker for deal finalization.
  • Use CRM systems to log leads, track conversations, and manage follow-ups (training provided).
  • Assist with advertising efforts such as listing promotions, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate more leads.
  • Monitor local market trends to help optimize marketing strategies and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, and/or marketing/advertising.
  • Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Confident, fast learner who can adapt quickly in a high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable using (or learning) CRM systems and other sales/marketing tools.
