About the Client:

A startup real estate wholesaling business focused on lead generation, property management, and driving successful contracts. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our growing operations, specifically with lead management, cold calling, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Organize and manage an initial database of ~350 leads (CSV file).
  • Input and maintain lead data in a CRM system (to be selected).
  • Research potential leads via platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, and PropStream.

Cold Calling & Outreach:

  • Conduct initial calls to property owners, brokers, and property managers.
  • Schedule follow-up conversations for Don to handle advanced negotiations.
  • Use email, text, and phone communication for effective lead engagement.

Administrative Support:

  • Data entry and contract preparation for property offers.
  • Track and document all activities, including call logs and email interactions.
  • Assist in implementing efficient systems for data and workflow management.



Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in real estate, lead generation, or cold calling.
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to adapt quickly to CRM systems, spreadsheets, and dialer tools.
  • Organization: Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with real estate wholesaling processes.
  • Knowledge of tools like Zillow, PropStream, or similar lead generation platforms.
  • Background in lead research or CRM setup and management.
