About the Client: The client is a leading provider of mobility and accessibility solutions, serving both residential and commercial clients. Specializing in products such as wheelchair lifts, stair chairs, and wheelchair ramps, the client is dedicated to improving accessibility and quality of life for individuals and businesses.

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling sales consultations, managing CRM data, supporting social media efforts, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Answer inbound calls and assist potential customers with inquiries.
  • Follow up with new leads and schedule sales consultations using our Mobility CRM.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers in both English and Spanish.

Administrative Tasks

  • Document technician reports and update accounts payable records.
  • Keep price sheets and other documents up to date.
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

Outreach & Social Media Management

  • Reach out to developers and architects for B2B partnership opportunities.
  • Manage and update Google My Business listings.
  • Respond to and manage online reviews via Yext.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (strong, accent-free English required).
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems (Mobility CRM preferred).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills: Energetic and professional phone manner.
  • Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Mechanical Aptitude (Preferred): Understanding of mobility/accessibility products is a plus.
