About the Client:
The client works at a consulting business for a non-profit organization. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, managing appointments, and handling follow-ups, all while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Manage appointment bookings through HoneyBook after initial calls.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups via email and phone calls.
- Utilize Google Voice for dialing and maintaining contact with leads.
- Manage leads and client interactions through our CRM system, HoneyBook.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients via WhatsApp.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software (CRM, dialers).
- Schedule Flexibility:
- While there is a set schedule as mentioned in the job advertisement, the candidate must follow this schedule to accommodate meetings with clients based in the Midwest and West Coast of the United States.
- There may be some flexibility in the work schedule, which could appeal to candidates who value adaptability in their working hours.
- Desired Skillset:
- Experience in fields such as finance, financial products, accounting, business management, or working with service providers.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in:
- Excel spreadsheets
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- PowerPoint and Canva
- Other online tools for sales-related communication.
- Ability to conduct consultations via video, either independently or alongside a manager.
- Excellent video presence with fluent English, engaging conversation skills, and a positive attitude.
- Sales Expertise:
- Strong understanding of business and financial terminology, especially related to return on investment and other financial goals.
- Ability to demonstrate how the company’s services align with clients’ financial objectives.
- Creative in sales approaches, offering fresh ideas and strategies, rather than simply following a script
