About the Client:

The client works at a consulting business for a non-profit organization. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, managing appointments, and handling follow-ups, all while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
  • Manage appointment bookings through HoneyBook after initial calls.
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups via email and phone calls.
  • Utilize Google Voice for dialing and maintaining contact with leads.
  • Manage leads and client interactions through our CRM system, HoneyBook.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients via WhatsApp.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software (CRM, dialers).
    • Schedule Flexibility:
    • While there is a set schedule as mentioned in the job advertisement, the candidate must follow this schedule to accommodate meetings with clients based in the Midwest and West Coast of the United States.
    • There may be some flexibility in the work schedule, which could appeal to candidates who value adaptability in their working hours.
    • Desired Skillset:
    • Experience in fields such as finance, financial products, accounting, business management, or working with service providers.
    • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in:
    • Excel spreadsheets
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
    • PowerPoint and Canva
    • Other online tools for sales-related communication.
    • Ability to conduct consultations via video, either independently or alongside a manager.
    • Excellent video presence with fluent English, engaging conversation skills, and a positive attitude.
    • Sales Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of business and financial terminology, especially related to return on investment and other financial goals.
    • Ability to demonstrate how the company’s services align with clients’ financial objectives.
    • Creative in sales approaches, offering fresh ideas and strategies, rather than simply following a script
