The client is seeking a proactive and friendly Virtual Assistant to join the team, streamline operations, enhance customer service, and manage essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaner Recruitment: Assist with hiring and interviewing cleaners, ensuring candidates meet business standards.
  • Booking Management: Schedule and manage client bookings using the company’s chosen CRM and scheduling tools.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document management.
  • CRM Utilization: Support the implementation and use of a CRM (e.g., Go High Level or Tidy Track) to manage client interactions and lead organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), scheduling software, and CRMs (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required.
