The client is seeking a proactive and friendly Virtual Assistant to join the team, streamline operations, enhance customer service, and manage essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaner Recruitment: Assist with hiring and interviewing cleaners, ensuring candidates meet business standards.
- Booking Management: Schedule and manage client bookings using the company’s chosen CRM and scheduling tools.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document management.
- CRM Utilization: Support the implementation and use of a CRM (e.g., Go High Level or Tidy Track) to manage client interactions and lead organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), scheduling software, and CRMs (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required.
