About the Client:

The Client operates two innovative businesses: a subscription service delivering air-dried treats and chews for dogs, and an online platform offering canine nutrition courses. With over 10 years in the dog wellness industry, they are dedicated to providing high-quality products and educational resources for dog owners, veterinarians, and affiliates. The Client is now expanding their team and building a dedicated sales force to enhance their outreach and growth

Responsibilities:

As Cold Caller, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and driving sales growth. This role involves conducting cold calls, engaging prospects, and managing leads within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 10-15 outbound calls per hour to veterinary offices, retailers, and affiliates.
• Research leads and maintains organized records in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and contribute to growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with minimal accent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous phone sales or outbound sales experience.
• Outgoing, positive personality with a goal-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage CRM tools.
• College degree or current enrollment (preferred but not required).
• Passion for dogs is a plus!
