About the Role: Seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle wholesaling deals, identify distressed properties, and work with both sellers and buyers to lock up properties under contract. In addition, this role offers potential to handle listing appointments for non-distressed properties.

Responsibilities:

• Handle approximately 70 leads per month from existing callers
• Identify distressed properties and sellers, and secure properties under contract for wholesaling
• Find buyers and investors for wholesale deals
• Potentially handle listing appointments for non-distressed properties
• Follow company protocols and training for acquisitions
• Utilize Follow-up Boss CRM to manage leads and communicate with clients
• Pre-qualify sellers for both cash offers and listing appointments

Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills (essential)
• Real estate knowledge and experience (deal-breaker)
• Understanding of wholesaling and traditional real estate transactions
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow-up Boss preferred)
• Ability to pre-qualify sellers for cash offers and listing appointments
