About the Client: The Client operates a leading physical therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals recover, improve mobility, and achieve optimal health. Their commitment to innovation and high-quality service makes them a trusted provider in the healthcare industry.

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support The Client’s physical therapy practice. This role combines lead management using Go High Level CRM and social media management to enhance online presence. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, CRM experience, and preferably a background in medical or healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Monitor leads in Go High Level CRM
  • Make immediate first calls to leads during business hours
  • Follow up consistently via calls and texts until an appointment is set or contact declines
  • Use sales scripts to pre-sell services and schedule appointments

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Edit and post video content on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Reels
  • Create engaging media using Canva

Additional Skills & Tools:

  • Familiarity with Go High Level CRM (preferred but not required)
  • Strong computer and internet proficiency
  • Video editing capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Medical/healthcare background (anatomy/physiology knowledge is a plus)














Qualifications & Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management
  • Ability to work full-time, 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time, Monday-Friday
  • Reliable internet connection, a computer capable of video editing, and a stable phone connection
  • Ability to make calls using internet-based systems (Go High Level, VOIP)
