Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter & Lead Specialist to manage our lead pipeline, focusing on setting appointments and following up with potential clients. You will be the first point of contact, engaging with 300-500 warm leads each month and booking appointments for property showings. Your goal is to increase the number of qualified appointments through direct phone communication, improving our overall show-up rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Make initial contact with leads via phone, text, and email to set up property viewing appointments.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for high-end apartment rentals, aiming for high show-up rates.
  • Follow-Up: Manage follow-ups with potential clients to confirm appointments and address any questions.

  • Lead Management: Track all interactions and updates in our CRM system to maintain an organized lead pipeline.
  • Client Interaction: Provide a pleasant, outgoing, and professional experience for all leads.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Houston area geography (preferred but trainable).
  • Strong communication skills: Outgoing personality with no call reluctance.
  • Tech-savvy: Ability to use CRM tools and adapt to new software quickly.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful: Able to handle a high volume of leads and maintain an organized approach.
  • Preference for female candidates due to a perceived softer approach in client interactions.
