Role Overview
We seek a Technical Support Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our team starting mid-November. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer support, addressing IT issues and errors while ensuring the security and privacy of our clients and their partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve their IT challenges.
  • Ensure the protection of sensitive client data through security best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining a high standard of customer service and cyber security.
  • Proactively identify problems before they affect the entire organization.




Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong background in IT; familiarity with common technical issues and solutions.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a quiet environment free from distractions.
  • Capable hardware to support required software.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Awareness of security and privacy measures is critical.
