- Track and manage license renewals
- Generate and deliver monthly financial statements
Lead Generation - Make cold calls from provided lead lists
- Follow up with leads and manage CRM entries
Marketing & Content - Manage and schedule social media posts (using Agent Create)
- Edit and repurpose video content into reels and short-form content
Administrative Tasks - Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Track expenses and conduct basic bookkeeping in Google Sheets
Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is highly preferred
