Real Estate & Property Management Support

  • Draft and edit real estate contracts from dictation for review
  • Manage communication with buyers, sellers, and tenants
  • Assist with property management tasks and calls
  • Conduct research on local real estate laws and regulations
  • Track and manage license renewals
  • Generate and deliver monthly financial statements

Lead Generation

  • Make cold calls from provided lead lists
  • Follow up with leads and manage CRM entries


Marketing & Content

  • Manage and schedule social media posts (using Agent Create)
  • Edit and repurpose video content into reels and short-form content

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling

  • Track expenses and conduct basic bookkeeping in Google Sheets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with software/tools such as:
    • DocuSign
    • DoorLoop
    • RightMLS
    • High Level
    • HubSpot
    • RingCentral
    • ChatGPT (for content drafting/support tasks)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
