Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with a strong sales background and appointment-setting experience to support a cosmetic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will handle lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups while maintaining a high-energy, engaging phone presence. If you have experience in sales, CRM tools, and enjoy working in the cosmetic surgery industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting:

  • Call potential leads to schedule in-person consultations.
  • Confirm appointments 2 days before scheduled consultations.
  • Reschedule no-shows and maintain an updated appointment calendar.
  • Handle sales inquiries and overcome objections over the phone.
  • Follow-up via text and calls using predefined templates.
  • Answer social media DMs (Instagram) regarding appointments.

Lead Tracking & Reporting:

  • Take detailed notes on each lead to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Track call metrics (e.g., calls made, appointments set, no-shows).
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM software.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Sales background with experience in appointment setting!
  • CRM knowledge (Go High Level preferred, but not required - it is easy to learn).
  • Knowledge/Proficient researching skills of most commonly asked questions
  • Knowledge of Natural Fat Transfer (BBL & Breast Augmentation) High-energy, friendly, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Interest in or knowledge of liposuction and cosmetic procedures.
  • Ability to overcome sales objections confidently.
  • Comfortable obtaining credit card details to hold appointments.
