About the Role : Chiropractic and Weight Loss Clinic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong skills in social media marketing, content creation, email management, and Spanish translation for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing & Content Creation: Develop and manage content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Email Management: Organize, respond to, and draft emails professionally and efficiently.
• Spanish Translation: Assist in translating and communicating with Spanish-speaking patients.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in a U.S. healthcare setting is preferred.
• HIPAA Compliance: Knowledge of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
• Social Media & Marketing Skills: Ability to create and manage engaging content for social platforms.
• Education: College degree preferred.
• Chiropractic Knowledge: Beneficial but not required.
