About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Virtual Assistant to join our team as a hybrid Appointment Setter & Closer. This role will focus on lead engagement, booking consultations, and securing deposits for our weight loss clinic. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with natural sales ability, excellent English skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Call warm and cold leads to promote clinic services
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Go High Level (GHL) CRM
• Follow up with potential clients and handle objections professionally
• Collect and process deposits for booked consultations
• Maintain organized records of interactions and outcomes
• Provide basic administrative support, including call notes and documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales skills, with experience in appointment setting or closing preferred
• Confident and persuasive on the phone, with the ability to handle objections
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in CRM tools (GHL a plus)
• Latin American candidates preferred for time zone alignment
• Female candidates preferred, ideally with past child-rearing experience (not young children)
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their health goals
