Responsibilities
- Conduct 100-200 cold calls weekly to generate listing leads and recruit real estate agents.
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and conversational tone.
- Track and manage call outcomes using Excel or the provided tracking system.
- Set 2-4 appointments per 100 calls made.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing lead and recruitment data.
- Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and support growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales.
- Language: Strong English communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Go High Level CRM or similar tools is a plus.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate industry, particularly listing lead generation and agent recruitment.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work during evening hours to maximize reach.
- Soft Skills: Excellent adaptability, a natural demeanor on calls, and strong organizational skills.
Tools & Systems
- Provided by Client: Dialing platform, Excel-based tracking system.
- Potential Additions: CRM platforms like Go High Level or Ring Central.
- Time Tracking: System to be determined by the client.
Performance Expectations
- Make 100-200 calls per week.
- Achieve 50-60% call success rate.
- Set appointments to fill 5 positions within a month (or other KPIs defined in the contract).
