Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Maintenance Issues: Manage property maintenance requests (e.g., roof leaks, contractor scheduling) and ensure timely resolution.
• Property Inquiries & Lease Applications: Handle inquiries from potential tenants and assist with processing lease applications.
• Manage Vacant Space Renovations: Oversee renovations of vacant spaces, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Contractor & Tenant Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking contractors and tenants, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Email & Letter Drafting: Use tools like ChatGPT to draft emails, letters, and other communication.
• Lease Agreement Interpretation: Review and interpret lease agreements, focusing on maintenance responsibilities.
