About the Client: The client operates a network of mental health clinics offering comprehensive services including medication management and telehealth, catering to patients across various states. They provide tailored care for individuals with a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. The client emphasizes a holistic and compassionate approach to mental wellness, ensuring individualized treatment plans and collaboration between clinicians and therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Mental Health/Primary Care Focus: Assist with patient assessments, scheduling, and managing healthcare forms.
• Note-Taking Assistance: Support AI-generated note-taking, including copy/pasting content into appropriate documentation.
• Billing and Coding: Help with medical billing, coding, and understanding insurance procedures (experience preferred).
• Non-Critical Calls: Handle routine calls with patients and staff, escalating urgent matters to Dr. Bett as necessary.
• Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and reminders for patients.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative duties, including managing forms, documents, and other necessary patient communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred (80%+), but not required.
• Experience in Healthcare: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, specifically mental health or primary care, is ideal.
• Billing and Coding Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance, billing codes, and healthcare systems is an advantage.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EHR/CRM tools such as Salesforce, AWS, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Pipedrive is a plus. The selected tool must comply with HIPAA standards.
