By providing tools such as PTIN/EFIN assistance, business automation, and one-on-one coaching, the client supports individuals in building successful, scalable ventures within the tax industry.

About the Role:

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our fast-growing credit assistance business, supporting our mission to help clients repair credit and access business funding. This position plays a key role in managing client intake, verifying documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our automated credit dispute processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our existing team lead (based in the Philippines) with daily workflow
  • Ensure all client files are complete and accurately entered in our CRM system
  • Verify client identity documents, including government-issued ID and proof of address
  • Follow predefined, step-by-step workflows for credit dispute processes
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email (and occasionally phone)
  • Perform data entry and administrative support tasks as needed
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

What You’ll Work With:

  • A highly automated CRM platform designed for credit repair and business credit building
  • A system-driven workflow requiring no complex decision-making
  • Additional services offered include business trust setup, UC-1 filings, and lead protection

Requirements:

  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) – must be clear, professional, and client-friendly
  • Prior experience using CRMs and handling administrative tasks
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and step-by-step processes precisely
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the credit repair or financial services industry is preferred but not required
