The Client is a leading provider of high-quality used semi-trucks, dedicated to delivering exceptional value and service to clients nationwide. The company seeks a motivated and experienced Cold Caller/Lead Sales Generation VA to drive sales growth through remote channels.
Job Overview: Manage the sales process of used semi-trucks from start to finish. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the trucking industry. Work remotely using digital tools to engage clients, negotiate deals, and close sales. The Cold Caller/Lead Sales Generation VA will also be responsible for lead acquisition and cold calling, making an average of 160 calls per day with talk times over a minute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make 160 outbound calls daily to identify and engage potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Focus on acquiring new leads and maintaining client relationships for long-term sales growth.
- Client Interaction: Ensure calls are engaging and over a minute long, demonstrating a personable and professional communication style.
- Sales Presentations: Provide expert guidance on truck specifications, financing options, and market trends to potential clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and overcome objections.
- Product Knowledge: Offer accurate and up-to-date information on semi-trucks, including makes, models, pricing, and specifications.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (Motility) and dialers (GoTo) for client management, documentation, and lead tracking.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to align with market changes.
- Networking: Leverage or build connections within the trucking industry to generate new leads.
- Customer Service: Address client concerns promptly and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle sales.
- Strong understanding of semi-trucks and industry dynamics (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Motility), dialers (GoTo), and other digital sales platforms.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Adaptable, resilient, and proactive problem-solver.
- Spanish-speaking candidates preferred to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Existing networks in the trucking industry (a plus).
