Overview:We're looking for a tech-savvy systems thinker who thrives on streamlining processes and making tools work for the team. This is not a programming-heavy role, but rather ideal for someone who understands how platforms, automations, and integrations come together to improve workflow and productivity. You’ll be our go-to for researching, implementing, and managing software solutions across the business—from building out tools and automations to onboarding the team with clear walkthroughs and documentation. Key Responsibilities:- System Integration & Automation:
Set up automations using APIs, webhooks, and platforms like Zapier or n8n to connect tools and simplify operations. - Software Research & Implementation:
Identify, evaluate, and implement new platforms (e.g., for fleet maintenance, fuel tracking, task management) based on functionality, integration capability, and cost. - Internal Training & Documentation:
Create slide decks, guides, or video walkthroughs to help team members quickly adopt and effectively use new tools (like Service Autopilot, Motion, etc.). Website Management: Build and maintain our internal or public-facing website using no-code/low-code platforms or basic front-end tools. Process Optimization: Review current workflows and tech stack to recommend improvements that save time and increase productivity.
What You Bring:- Proven experience with software implementation, integrations, and workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with tools like Zapier, n8n, APIs, and webhooks
- Strong understanding of platforms like Service Autopilot, Motion, or similar CRMs and task managers
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a non-technical team
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and internal documentation tools
- Bonus: Experience with basic website building (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace)
