Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and experienced in Service Autopilot CRM. They will assist with automating workflows, managing data, and optimizing business processes. Over time, this role may expand to include customer service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Service Autopilot CRM Management – Handle workflows, data entry, automation, and reporting
✅ Automation & Integration – Work with n8n and Zapier to streamline processes
✅ Google Workspace Management – Organize and maintain company files, documents, and communication
✅ Administrative Support – Assist with scheduling, email management, and other admin tasks
✅ (Future Responsibility) Customer Service – Eventually, assist with client calls and inquiries

Key Qualifications:

🔹 Service Autopilot expertise (mandatory)
🔹 Experience with n8n, Zapier, and Google Workspace
🔹 Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
🔹 Highly organized with attention to detail
🔹 Ability to troubleshoot and improve workflows
🔹 QuickBooks knowledge (nice-to-have but not required)
