Automobile dealership, specializing in "buy here, pay here" financing for customers with poor credit, is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Closer to join their team at a new location. This role will involve sales, scheduling, paperwork, and various administrative tasks to support dealership operations. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of sales acumen and back-office experience, along with a basic knowledge of automobiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales transactions and customer interactions, ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for sales activities.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation associated with sales and financing.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the dealership.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing updates and information as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar field.
• Strong back-office skills with the ability to manage paperwork efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and financing options.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
