Job Summary:
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing QuickBooks for the installation company, handling job cost tracking, managing payroll, and ensuring financial separation between the two entities. You will work closely with the team to ensure profitability and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QuickBooks for the installation company, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Handle invoicing and track job costs related to installation projects.
• Maintain clear financial separation between the main and sub-company.
• Manage payroll through Fingercheck and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and profitability tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Perform other bookkeeping-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with payroll systems (experience with Fingercheck is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks.

• Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Preferred Experience:

• Bookkeeping experience in the construction or installation industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage financials for multiple entities and track costs accurately.
