With a team of 40 employees located in 8 countries, they offer 24/7 remote support for system monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring their clients' safety and security at all times. The client also operates a proprietary cloud portal for seamless security integration, with a dedicated development team based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing and Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong content creation abilities, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of engaging diverse audiences, particularly in the US market. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and will excel in developing impactful content and collaborating on marketing strategies while bringing a basic understanding of web design to enhance their work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating Content

• Write engaging social media posts, design eye-catching graphics, and edit videos using tools like Canva.
• Work with our team to brainstorm and launch campaigns that really resonate with our audience.

Marketing

• Help develop and execute creative marketing ideas that align with our goals and trends in the US market.
• Track how your content performs and make adjustments to improve engagement and reach.

Telling Stories

• Create content that brings our customers’ stories to life, like testimonials and other creative projects

Teamwork

• Collaborate with our remote team, stay on top of deadlines, and keep communication flowing.
• Jump into team meetings (cameras on!) and respond to messages in a timely manner.

Bonus: Web Design

• If you know a bit about web design (HTML, CMS tools, etc.), you might get to help with some website updates—but no worries if that’s not your thing.

What We’re Looking For
Creative Whiz

• You’ve got a talent for making content that grabs attention and keeps people engaged.
• Experience in graphic design, writing, and video editing is a must.

Marketing Savvy

• You get marketing trends, especially in the US, and can create content that really speaks to the audience.

Some Web Design Know-How (Nice-to-Have)

• If you’ve dabbled in web design or HTML, that’s awesome. If not, no problem!

Great Communicator

• You’re fluent in English, know how to collaborate with others, and aren’t afraid to share your ideas.
