About the Client: The client is a property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. With a focus on streamlined processes and personalized support, they specialize in tenant onboarding, property maintenance coordination, and administrative management. Their commitment to excellence ensures a seamless and professional experience for all clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leasing coordination and showings via Tenant Turner
  • Handle communication with tenants, applicants, and property owners
  • Support rent collection and ensure timely payments
  • Manage and track applicant leads; request credits for unqualified leads through CR
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries through Podium (text/cell)
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in Buildium
  • Work flexible hours to support evening showings and urgent tenant needs
  • Limited maintenance support (maintenance director handles most requests)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Native-level English speaker with a neutral or American accent that matches Stephen’s communication style
  • Minimum 2 years of property management experience, with hands-on knowledge of Buildium and Tenant Turner
  • Proactive communicator with strong critical thinking skills and high accountability
  • Demonstrated success managing tenants, coordinating showings, and overseeing leasing operations
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including occasional work after 5 PM
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and own outcomes

  • Buildium (primary system – must have experience)
  • Tenant Turner (for showings and applicant flow)
    Podium (for communication)
    CRM at Folio (a bonus, not required)
