We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to enhance our SaaS platform's user experience. The ideal candidate will focus on how users interact with our platform, create seamless designs for features like mail customization, and design tools for creating targeted mailing lists.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design for our direct mail SaaS platform.
• Analyze user behavior to optimize platform interaction.
• Design intuitive workflows for mail customization, automation, and campaign analysis.
• Create Figma designs and collaborate with front-end engineers.
• Ensure platform accessibility and ease of use.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in UX design, particularly in SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with developers and product teams.
