About the Role:
The client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our sales team and manage our CRM system. This is a full-time remote role focused on maintaining smooth sales operations, improving communication flow, and ensuring consistent use of our Builder Prime CRM platform.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting sales operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Administer and maintain the Builder Prime CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Daily Sales Team Briefings: Coordinate and conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to review schedules, follow-ups, and lead progress
  • Sales Process Oversight: Monitor the completion of sales checklists, documentation, and pipeline updates
  • Lead & Appointment Support: Assist with appointment setting and follow-up communication with potential clients
  • Documentation & Reporting: Track performance metrics, sales activities, and prepare reports for leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: College degree preferred
  • Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written); bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Builder Prime is a plus)
