About the Client:
The non-emergency home care business supports seniors with daily living activities. They are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, IT, content creation, and social media support. This is a fully remote position with flexible candidate location (Philippines or Latin America). The role offers an opportunity to grow with the business and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Perform secretarial duties such as answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Organize files and maintain records.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- IT Support:
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and provide technical assistance.
- Maintain and update the company’s website.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage and schedule social media posts.
- Monitor social media activity and engage with followers.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee and update operational platforms.
- Ensure efficient use of software tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent IT and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in website maintenance and social media management.
