About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Bilingual Virtual Appointment Setter to join a busy chiropractic office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in appointment scheduling, especially in the healthcare or chiropractic field. You will be responsible for making 100+ outbound calls daily to potential patients and leads, ensuring high booking rates and patient show-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to book appointments for chiropractic services.
• Manage and update the appointment calendar, scheduling patients efficiently.
• Confirm and send reminders for scheduled appointments to reduce no-show rates.
• Handle patient inquiries, resolve appointment issues, and provide basic information about chiropractic services.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, preferably in a chiropractic or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of chiropractic terminology and patient needs.
• Excellent phone communication skills with a focus on engaging potential patients.
• Proficient in using CRM software for lead management and appointment scheduling.
• Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and close on appointment bookings.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
