About the Client:

The Client operates residential homes for the elderly, providing essential services including meals, snacks, assistance with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing), and medication management. The homes serve between 4 to 20 residents and offer a supportive, caring environment for seniors.

Role Overview:

The General Virtual Assistant will support Jesse’s business by freeing up administrative time and assisting in digitizing and streamlining processes. The role will begin with project-based tasks, focusing on converting key documents and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs). This is an ideal position for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digitize Administrative Processes:
    Convert physical documents, such as a 20-page admission agreement, to digital formats using tools like DocuSign and DocHub.
  • Create SOPs:
    Develop and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the resident intake process to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • General Administrative Support:
    Assist with various admin tasks as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the elderly care homes.



  • Document Management:
    Manage documents and records using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other tools, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaboration with Team:
    Work closely with Jesse and the team to improve administrative workflows and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs) and digital signing platforms (DocuSign, DocHub).
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure the accuracy of work.
  • Proactive & Resourceful: Capable of identifying tasks that can be improved or digitized and taking initiative without constant supervision.
  • Phone Skills (Optional): While not required, strong phone communication skills would be a plus.
