Job Title: Virtual Receptionist Team Leader

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (1-hour break, two 15-minute breaks)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Offer: $1000/month

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of Virtual Receptionists, ensuring they deliver exceptional service while meeting performance targets. Your leadership will contribute to the overall success of our organization by fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Virtual Receptionists, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure team success.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complex inquiries, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and key metrics for management review.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop team members.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
