About The Client: The Client is a construction business focused on enhancing customer experience and helping trades professionals improve communication. The company also distributes construction materials, including innovative products like EVO stone. To support business growth, The Client is seeking a proactive, sales-driven Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist with lead generation and client outreach.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with strong sales acumen to handle cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate is self-driven, professional, and eager to earn through a competitive commission structure. This role offers significant earning potential and career growth, with plans to expand the team in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
    • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce The Client’s services and products
    • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent client engagement
  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups:
    • Manage the "Garden Shearings" program, an annual inspection initiative to generate new business opportunities
    • Convert strong leads into sales through relationship building and professional communication
  • Sales Support & CRM Management:
    • Track and update client interactions in the company CRM
    • Assist with measuring construction materials (basic math required: linear feet vs. square footage)
  • Additional Tasks (Bonus Skills):
    • Social media support for content creation and lead generation
    • Assist with customer inquiries and other administrative tasks as needed

  • Sales-Driven: Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a focus on closing deals
  • Self-Motivated & Professional: Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and communicate effectively
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, basic math skills for measurements
