Responsibilities:

• Make 5-10 follow-up attempts per lead.
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with bathroom remodeling services (e.g., remodeling vs. plumbing).
• Set and confirm appointments with potential clients.
• Overcome objections and use sales techniques to secure bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up as needed.

Skills and Traits:

• Excellent English proficiency with minimal accent.
• Sales-oriented personality with experience in objection handling.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Strong lead qualification and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in appointment setting or sales.
• Familiarity with bathroom remodeling services (training provided).

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency with CRM software (training on Service Minder will be provided).
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and headset for softphone use.
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools.
