About the Client:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Virtual Assistant to support our operations, particularly with leveraging AI tools to enhance our business processes, operations, and presentations. If you’re comfortable with emerging AI tools and technologies and have a passion for research and data collection, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- AI Integration & Support:
Provide guidance on implementing AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, DeepL, Google’s Gemini, Character AI) to enhance daily tasks and workflows and to create presentations. (YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO USE EACH OF THESE TOOLS AT THE START. We need someone who loves learning about these impressive AI tools. OF COURSE, YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH CHATGPT, AND THEN OPEN TO LEARNING OTHER AI TOOLS FOR VIDEO CREATION AND SLIDE DECKS AND IMPRESSIVE PRESENTATIONS, ETC.)
Assist the client and his team with training and optimizing AI tools within the company for marketing, copywriting, advertising, video creation, and investor proposals.
- Database Development: (This is the most important project and will take the most time.)
- Research and build a comprehensive database of the approximate 220-280 purchasing co-ops in the USA.
- Complete and submit applications so we can offer products to municipalities through these purchasing co-ops.
- Join and engage with these co-ops to explore partnership opportunities so municipalities can easily purchase our structures and security towers, etc.
- Continually reach out to each purchasing co-op to make sure we are selling as much product as possible to their members.
Qualifications:
- Strong enthusiasm and expertise in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Google Gemini).
- Proven experience in data research and entry, with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable embracing new AI tools and methods to drive innovation.
