Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cold Call/Lead Gen VA specializing in lead generation and appointment setting for a Columbus, Ohio-based roofing company focused on insurance restoration. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales and communication skills, fluent English, and experience with skip tracing and cold calling. This full-time, remote role requires a professional with a personable demeanor and the ability to book roofing inspections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to homeowners in the Columbus, Ohio area to book free roof inspections.
  • Use PropWire and other skip tracing software to locate homeowner contact information.
  • Identify and prioritize leads based on storm damage information.
  • Collect and input lead details (name, email, phone, inspection date, and time) into JobNimbus CRM.
  • Communicate professionally and persuasively with potential clients to schedule inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.




Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales.
    • Experience in the roofing or insurance restoration industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Proficient in skip tracing tools like PropWire.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably JobNimbus).
