Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships

Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in account management or client services

- Highly organized with strong prioritization and follow-up abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Independent, trainable, and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
- Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic, remote environment
- Payments or fintech experience is a plus but not required
