About the Client: The client is a real estate investment firm specializing in property flipping, wholesaling, and surplus lead generation. With a strategic approach to identifying high-value opportunities, they focus on investment and personal property transactions rather than traditional real estate brokerage services. Committed to excellence, the client leverages industry expertise and innovative tools to maximize returns and streamline operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling, to generate and nurture leads.
- Manage and update the RE Simply CRM to track leads and maintain communication flow.
- Engage with potential sellers and buyers, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- Follow up on leads consistently and schedule appointments as needed.
- Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with clients and team members.
- (Preferred) Assist with basic website creation/maintenance if experienced.
Key Qualifications: - Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) – non-negotiable.
- Prior experience in real estate investment, lead generation, or sales is a plus.
- Self-driven and proactive with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Experience using RE Simply CRM (preferred) or similar lead management tools.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling potential rejections professionally.
- (Preferred) Experience with basic website creation/maintenance.
