About the Client:

Home School Helper Tutor Service specializes in English Language Arts (ELA) tutoring through 12-week group classes, each accommodating up to 20 students. We are dedicated to providing high-quality educational support to homeschooling families.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Latin American Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our growing business. This part-time role (20 hours/week) will focus on cold calling, sales closing, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and social media strategy, as well as familiarity with AI tools for content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and close sales effectively.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms using AI tools (e.g., InVideo, Co-pilot).
• Schedule appointments and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for leads.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance marketing strategies and outreach efforts.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in cold calling and sales closing.
• Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency with AI tools, particularly InVideo and Co-pilot.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Preference for candidates in Latin American time zones to ensure alignment with business hours.
• No Spanish language requirement necessary.
