Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage inbound calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on voicemails and emails. The ideal candidate will also have the potential to expand into social media marketing in the future.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls (including overflow and weekend coverage)
  • Schedule appointments using Acuity Scheduling
  • Follow up on voicemails and emails promptly
  • Maintain a positive and professional phone presence
  • Provide excellent customer service with patience and active listening
  • Stay organized and manage multiple communication channels efficiently
  • Potentially assist with social media marketing in the future

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent English speaker (Latin America preferred for time zone alignment)
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient and energetic phone presence
  • Sales-oriented mindset to effectively set appointments and engage customers
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using the following tools:
    • RingCentral (for managing calls)
    • Acuity Scheduling (for appointment management)
  • Proactive follow-up skills to ensure timely responses
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • Experience in social media marketing is a plus
