About the Role:

This is a contractor position ideal for an experienced IT Project Manager based in Latin America. You will coordinate with engineers, clients, and leadership to drive project timelines, communicate effectively, and manage resources using tools like Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through completion
• Communicate daily with clients and internal teams
• Organize and assign tasks to engineers, ensuring accountability and meeting attendance
• Monitor project milestones, schedules, and deliverables
• Maintain clear documentation and status updates
• Ensure engineers are aligned with client communications and expectations
• Collaborate with leadership (CEO and Service Director) on planning and performance
• Support project cutovers or deployments outside of standard hours when needed
• Use Zoho Projects/CRM or similar platforms (training provided if needed)
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager
• PMP Certification (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
• Solid understanding of IT systems, services, and project lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, delegate tasks, and manage deadlines
  Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
  Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects
• Previous experience managing remote engineering teams
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments
